I’m looking through Aly’s blog and reading everything. Her first conversation with Josh. She acted like such a slut. Marius surely did tame her.

• Alyssa: I know, it seems like a lifetime. But the time will fly by, just keep yourself occupied like I have been.
• Marius: Done deal. Get your rest now, Alys. I know you shouldn't be up but are anyway. ;)
• Alyssa: Oh believe me, I've been trying to sleep. Talking to you is the only thing keeping me awake but I don't mind. I should sleep though, I've got an early start tomorrow. So, goodnight. I love you.

• Marius: You're gone for a whole month, we miss our first Valentine's together and THEN you tell me I didn't have to get you anything? You must be spending too much time out in that heat, baby girl.
• Alyssa: Of course I'm not going to deny a gift, I love gifts but when it comes to you... I really don't need anything else. I'll be home in about a week... so not a whole month, just about.
• Marius: I have a countdown going on my phone. About a week. That's still too much but I can deal. I have to....but at least I'm hearing from you now and safe.

• Alyssa: What? Oh gosh. You didn't have to get me anything, just having you is enough for me.

• Alyssa: Happy Valentine's Day, I guess.
• Marius: Here it is. You were expecting me to wish it to you weren't you?
• Alyssa: I guess but whatever, it's fine. I should stop assuming things.
